Where is the Beach Tennis Store?

Is pick-up possible?
Yes it is, but only on appointment and if you have completed an order online. There is no physical store.
Please call us after your order is placed to make an appointment for pick-up in Brickell, Miami. (+1) 347 815 4423
Pick-up point is open Monday thru Friday from 10am till 6pm.
Orders placed before 2pm can be picked up the same day, otherwise next day.
Orders must be paid online.

Where does this store ship from?
Most of our products are shipped from Miami, sometimes when we don’t have the product in stock, it comes directly from the manufacturer.

What is the lead time of my order/ how long does shipping take?
We ship from our warehouse in Miami Florida with different shipping companies. The lead time of your order depends on your location, but an order within the USA (incl. PR) usually takes 2 to 5 business days to get to you from the moment your order was placed. Please contact us, if you need to receive your order before a certain date due to travel or a beach tennis event for example. For an additional shipping fee we can use a faster shipping service from Fedex with a specified delivery date.

Do you ship to Puerto Rico?
Yes, we ship to Puerto Rico. Please select Puerto Rico as [Country/Region] at check-out to see the correct shipping costs .

Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping is charged at cost, which is based on the carrier charge and may vary depending on the size/weight of the package and the destination.
If you would like a shipping cost estimate, please contact us at shop@beachtennisstore.com and let us know what you would like to order and the shipping address.
Please be aware, this does NOT include taxes or other import fees which may apply. All additional costs outside of the original order, such as customs fees, are the sole responsibility of the customer and those fees will vary depending on the country/destination. We cannot provide order invoices of a lower amount to reduce the costs of these mandatory fees.
Delivery times may vary as they depend on customs processing. We are not able to guarantee delivery times for international orders.

What is this store’s return and exchange policy?
Unused products can be returned within 30 days of purchase and will be refunded excluding the shipping costs.
If the product has a manufacture default, we will also pay for the shipping costs, after the product has been returned to our warehouse. Please contact us if you would like to return an items so we can confirm if the product is eligible for a refund. In case of a product default, please email us a picture or video: shop@beachtennisstore.com.

Which Beach Tennis paddle is right for me?
In the description of the paddles we have included an indication which player level the paddle fits best. Besides that, you can consider the length and weight of the paddle. When the paddle is longer and heavier it gives you more power, but when it is shorter and lighter more maneuverability.

What is the difference between fiberglass and Kevlar/Carbon?

Carbon/Kevlar (we are grouping carbon and kevlar together because they are very similar)
In comparison with fiberglass, carbon is stronger, lighter and lasts longer. It provides a more rigid touch, for more power and control. It will grant more forcefulness to the blows, which will result in a more aggressive paddle. Carbon has a very high tensile/compressive strength and a greater durability. For people who play often (more than 3 times a month) we highly recommend purchasing a carbon paddle because they will feel the difference and experience the benefits.

Fiberglass
Fiberglass is used in most beginner and intermediate level paddles, it is less rigid, more elastic than carbon and therefore has a softer touch. Because it’s cheaper than carbon, it’s an excellent way to try out whether beach tennis will become your new hobby. When you are new to beach tennis or don’t play often you will not feel the difference with a carbon paddle as much.
